How you pay
Subscription per active student
Your plan covers the platform: center tools, parents, homework, exams and your page. A student counts once a month when they have real activity - they attended, paid, did homework or an exam, or opened a lesson.
Recorded courses: a percentage of each sale
When a student buys your recorded course through Etases, we keep a small percentage of that sale - lower on bigger plans - and pay you the rest. Free courses carry no fee.
Live classes: priced by live hours
The built-in live classroom is priced by the hours you teach live. Pro and bigger plans include live hours every month, and extra hours come in packs. Starter doesn't include live classes.
- We never lock you out
- If you pass your plan's students, service continues and each extra student is billed fairly.
- Your cash is 100% yours
- Fees you collect from students yourself are all yours. We take no percentage.
- Change plans any time
- Move to a bigger or smaller plan as you grow; the change applies from the next month.
How billing works
- A clear monthly subscription
- You pay your plan every month with no hidden fees. Annual billing is available - just ask.
- Each active student counts once a month
- Any student with real activity in a month counts once, even if you archive them later. Every new month starts from zero.
- Went over your plan? No problem
- Service never stops. Extra students are billed at a fixed price, and we tell you as soon as upgrading becomes cheaper.
- Recorded courses: a percentage per sale
- When you sell a recorded course through Etases, we keep a small percentage of the sale - shown clearly before you publish, and lower on bigger plans. Free courses carry no fee.
- Live classes: by live hours
- The built-in live classroom is priced by the hours you teach live. Pro and bigger plans include hours each month; extra hours come in packs. Starter has no live classes.
- Your offline cash is all yours
- Fees you collect from students at your center or home go straight to you. Etases takes no percentage.

Your price depends on who you are (teacher, academy, school or organization), your number of active students, your live hours and your course sales. Leave your details or message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the right price.
Is there a long contract?
Billing is monthly. You can stop any time, and your account keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
Do you take a percentage of student fees?
No. Fees you collect yourself offline are 100% yours. The only percentage is on online course sales made through the platform.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades start immediately; downgrades start the following month.
How do academies, schools and organizations pay?
They have their own plans, built around the number of learners, instructors and branches, with live hours and course fees agreed with you. Leave your details and we'll prepare an offer.
Do account setup and training cost extra?
No, that’s on us in every plan. We set up your account with you and train you and your assistant. Your students join with one link or QR code.
