The story
We watched good teachers spend their evenings on everything except teaching: chasing payments on WhatsApp, calling the roll, answering the same parent questions and marking by hand.
We watched center and academy owners run branches, rooms and instructors on scattered spreadsheets: who attended, who paid, which room is free, what each instructor earned - with no single view of the whole operation.
